Amelia was born to Adam and Michelle Munoz, who lost their daughter Addison in 2010. Please celebrate with Adam and Michelle as they have endured a long and fearful pregnancy. Pray for them as they care for their newborn and fight the temptation to worry, and that God will continuously remind them that the blessing of this new baby doesn’t mean they’ve forgotten Addison.
I have received many e-mails from readers who struggle with the idea of another pregnancy. Every situation is different and sometimes another pregnancy isn’t possible, but I pray that this post gives you hope.

Embracing Grace 
Please pray for Amelia, Michelle and Adam. Her bilirubin levels have increased to the point that they have put her in the NICU. When the worst-case scenario has happened to you before, it’s hard to be calm even when the issue is incredibly common. Please pray with me that God will let his peace wash over them… that they will know in their minds and feel in their hearts that His grace is sufficient and they will be home with their daughter soon.
Any updates on Baby Amelia? Have they gotten her bilirubin count down? Still praying.
Yes! Amelia’s bilirubin has been on a good decline and is looking much better. In the meantime, Michelle’s hemoglobin wasn’t good and she had to have a blood transfusion. But mom and baby are both doing better and should be able to go home soon! Thanks to all who have been praying!
Just got a text…. they’re headed home! Please keep praying for freedom from worry and healthy recoveries!
