Please say a prayer today for Adam and Michelle, big brother Aiden, big sister Izzy and new baby Ameila, on this second anniversary of the day they lost this precious member of their family.
Michelle posted this sweet poem in remembrance of their daughter:
Now I lay me down to sleep
My baby girl, whose soul you keep
She died too soon
My heart it breaks
Angels, they sang
Our lives that changed
Keep her safe
And hold her tight.
Sleep peaceful dear daughter and we will eventually see
Our beautiful baby girl who was not meant to be.
